Matt rented the bob cat.....again! Drew and Brandon came up to help undo what we did last weekend.

Memorial Day

It was definity nice to have the long weekend. We did alot of yard work, or maybe clean up would be a better fit. Later on that day we all went over to the Trembleys for a cook out.

What Did We Do?

So Matt and I have been planning what we were going to do in the backyard. We wanted to put some curbing in the back to separate the swing set from the rest of the yard but also do some kind of landscaping. We rented a sod cutter to rip up the old sod that the dogs had ruined and planned on replacing it with some of the sod along the fence that we were removing. First of all the sod cutter was not very small and easy to maneuver and then the sod was cut so thick we could barley move it. Matt decided to rent a bobcat to move the sod around and to level the right corner of the yard.
Here is Justie and Matt. The yard could not get any worse so Matt let Justice take over with the bobcat!.
So one thing is for sure, we have a small lake that has formed in the right corner of the yard that we are going to have to bring up about 6 inches or so. Needless to say, we will be renting the bobcat again this time 20 yards of soil along with it.

Happy Birthday Georgie and Maddy

I cant believe that Georgia and Madison are 4 years old.

The girls had a fun birthday. We went to the movies to see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D. The movie was really good and the 3D was awesome. On the way to the movies I asked the girls if they felt bigger now that they were 4. They both said, “Yes”. Too Cute
After the movies we went over to Chucky Cheese.
Georgia loved this ride. It was a roller coaster simulator. Anytime Georgia had a token you could find her riding on this one.
For the twins birthday, Justice and I picked out a Belle and Cinderella birthday cake. The cakes were super cute. But I have to admit that they did not taste the best, it was like eating frosting but no cake.
I cant believe that it was 4 years ago that Georgia and Madison joined our growing family. I cant imagine a day without their cute little smiles.

Aunt Nat & Boys

So here are my sweet little twins who are about to have a birthday. Here they are before church. They both got a cute dress from Grandma Newson for their birthday. Later on that day Nat, John, Drew and Brandon came up. We ate dinner and played outside. Georgie and Madison absolutely love barbies. Aunt Nat got them both barbies that are mermaids. Here they are playing with the water slide and taking their mermaids for a dip.Brandon is trying to wrestle the ball away from King. I think that King might have won in the end due to Kings big sharp teeth!

Bountiful Bowl

On Saturday we headed up to Bountiful Bowl, which is only about a 30 minute drive for us. The trails were a little washed out so it made driving the rhino difficult. On one particular trail I looked back and Justice was covering her eyes. The drop off on the right hand side had her alittle nervous and scared. We rode for a couple of hours then headed back down to the truck. Georgia and Madison both had fallen asleep. If you ask Madison she will tell you "I was just tired".
When we got back to the truck Justice wanted to go back out with her dad. Here they are coming back down again.

Lady Bug

What a perfect day for flying a kite. We tried to fly it out in the back yard but the house was blocking the wind, so we headed up front. We scared a couple of passing cars because the kite was flying directly over head of them. The girls did a great job of keeping the kite up. Here is Justice.

Here is Georgia

Mothers Day

I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family. I love my girls so much and cant imagine what I would do without them. On that same note I ask myself often, what did we do with all our time before we had kids? I can definitely say that its not the easiest thing in the world but being a Mom is definitely the most rewarding. Thanks Matt, Justice Georgie Madison and BookerBee!!!
This is the cake that the girls, Matt and I created.

Picnic At The Park

On Friday the girls decided that we were going to head over to the park and have a picinic. Justice was so excited. She packed our drinks and then we stopped by Walmart to pick up some fruit and sandwiches. It was a little chilly so we all had to wear our coats, but the girls did not seem to mind.We ate lunch on top of a hill looking down at the park. Justice and Brooklyn decided to roll down to the park
We had a good time. When it was time to leave I had to carry my crazy little Brooklyn kicking & screaming. She was not ready to go yet :)
