What we've been doing....

This is just the beginning of all the things that we'd like to do to the house. We are painting and replacing all the carpet in the bedrooms. The first room that we are tackling is the twins bedroom. Here we are taking everything out and removing all the old trimMadison and Georgia are getting a pink room.

Matt is working on patching up the hole that was once a opening into the 3rd car garage. Just need to finish texturing the wall, install the trim and paint.

Anza Trail

The girls seem to really like their new school. Its definitely alot bigger than Clinton Elementary with well over 1000 kids. So far I am pretty impressed with all the fun things that they do with the kids and family's. Justice is holding onto a snowman that we made at family night. This school also required uniforms which in a way is nice because you always know what you are going to wear. I just need to make sure that I stay on top of the never ending pile of laundry.

Rob, Jessica, Cole and Allison Come For a Visit

Its been so awesome having Rob, Jessica, Cole and Allison here! The girls just love their cousins so much ( They would actually fight over Cole ) Here we are taking a walk down to the park.

Demo Begins

This is project one of many. The previous owners to our house cut a hole going from the office into the third car garage. Since we really need the garage space this is number one on the list of things to get done. Here are Matt and Rob ripping down the all the sheet rock. What a mess! The next day the kids all helped pick up the big pile.

One thing to look forward to every year on my birthday is the awesome cake that I know Matt and the girls are going to make. This year it was a huge brownie filled with ice cream. Its definitely not the prettiest thing but it was yummy!

Welcome to mid-thirties!

Working

Time to start unpacking... Georgia and Madison have all day kindergarden so its BookerBee, Troy and I during the day. I have put Brook to work, wiping down the kitchen and lining all the cabinets.
Troy is getting so big. He's 4 months old now. He's been a fussy little guy. We are all hoping that he grows out of that soon!

So much to do, but we love our new house.

Twins Earned Their Scooters!

When Justice turned 7 and got her electric scooter the twins both cried and cried... Matt and I told the girls that if they saved up half ( 50 dollars ) that we would get them an electric scooter too. They have been saving and helping around the house trying to earn a dollar here and there and finally they have both done it. Matt and I actually bought the scooters a couple of months ago when we say these really cute pink ones.
