I know I always say this... But wow where does the time go. Its so hard to believe that our baby is 8 years old. All Justice really wanted for birthday was to get her ears pierced. In the end Matt and I caved in, we really wanted to make her wait until she was 30. She was really nervous, but did great. Brooklyn and I took cupcakes into school for Justices birthday, and then Justice took more cupcakes in for all her friends at tumbling. Grandma & I made Justices favorite thing for dinner... Steak, shrimp and mashed potatoes, YUM ( mom's favorite too ) After diner Justice invited some of her friends over for more cake.

Happy Birthday Grandma D
Grandma and Grandpa D made the big move to Arizona at the end of August. We decided to throw a little surprise party for her... I took Grandma out for a pedicure while the girls were busy decorating and blowing up balloons.
After Grammies surprise party we went down to the 100 year celebration at Anamax Park. Grandma, Grandpa and Troy

Happy Birthday Little Brother
Happy Birthday Little Brother! Troys birthday started out with a visit to the Drs for his 1 year check-up. It was definitely a good day for Troy because they could not get him in for shots.. But Troy is doing great, he is 50th percentile for height but only 10th percentile for weight.
Here's little bud getting ready to open all his presents
Gosh, I love these guys.
Troy was not a huge fan of the cake and in the end his face was covered in red frosting.
Love You Baby Bird!

Apple Annies
This is the first time that Matt and I have been able to take the kids out to an apple orchard and pick apples. When we got there we grabbed a couple of buckets, a wagon and a apple picker "thing".
We picked a couple different kinds of apples, one for baking and some for eating. Then headed over to the peach fields to get some peach "nuggets"What a great time. We will be back!
